Damon is the CEO and Co-Founder of Arrange.cc. He is a private investor, and early-stage company catalyst, board member, and advisor to ZERO Motorcycles (x-interim CEO), EWR.org, R2B.com, OVS, WePlayTV, Cayenne Consulting, and other early stage ventures. Damon is a recognized leader in the Web-Content, Enterprise Software, Green Transportation and Specialty Retail/Consumer Branding sectors. He has a track record of creating, funding, and managing venture capital backed companies. Damon has CEO experience leading troubled companies through turnarounds and into growth or successful liquidation events for investors. He has raised over $120 million in capital for his various companies.

Damon has been the CEO and/or President and/or Founder/Co-Founder of ZERO Motorcycles, Arrange.cc, EWR.org, R2B.com, WePlayTV, Iwerks Entertainment, Silicon Entertainment, dotcomix, OneMusic, and Moani, and served as a corporate VP of business development for Sony. He enjoys public speaking and has been an effective spokesman and liaison to the media for the companies he has led, with coverage including WSJ, NY Times, Red Herring, USA Today, Wired Magazine, and Fast Company, as well as on national and regional business television and radio interviews. He has been a featured speaker at numerous high-profile seminars, trade shows, and investor meetings.

Damon holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BES in Speech Communications and Music. He is an ex-President of the Yale School of Management Alumni Association Board of Directors, has served on the Yale School of Management Advisory Board, and serves on several boards and advisory boards of local/state government bodies.
